2 story building of typical for South East Asia architecture in Kongque Avenue. Sloped gray tiled roof with open veranda under it. There is an open-air restaurant on the first floor. The ground floor has an indoor snack bar with red Chinese luminaries attracting visitors. There is a figure of a golden peacock in front of its symbol of prosperity in Thai and Lao folklore.
